1 General Provisions

This document serves as a legal agreement between the asc44 platform and all its users. By accessing asc44 or starting to use its services, you automatically agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any term, you are requested to stop using the platform.

"asc44", "we", "platform" — these terms refer to the asc44.lat website and all services under it. "User", "you", "member" — these terms refer to any person, registered or unregistered, on the platform.

asc44 provides a safe and reliable online gaming service. The platform offers sports betting, casino games, slots, and live gaming. In addition to these terms, our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Guidelines also apply.

2 Account Registration and User Responsibilities

To open an account on asc44, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false or incomplete information may result in immediate account cancellation and forfeiture of any pending balance.

2.1 One Account Policy

Each person may open only one account. Operating multiple accounts under the same person's name or from the same device and network is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts will be closed and all bonuses and winnings will be forfeited.

2.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Do not share this information with any third party. You are personally responsible for all activity carried out from your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify our support team immediately.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

asc44 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. As part of this process, a copy of a national ID or passport, a selfie photo, and proof of address may be requested. Withdrawal requests may be delayed if the verification process is not completed.

3 Age Restrictions

asc44 is strictly prohibited for anyone under the age of 21. To open an account or play on the platform, you must be 21 years of age or older.

If an underage account is detected, it will be closed immediately. Any funds deposited into that account will be returned, however any bonuses or winnings will be considered void. This platform is intended only for those aged 21 and above.

4 Financial Transactions — Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on asc44 is ৳200. Accepted payment methods for deposits are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Please note that Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.

• All deposits are processed in real time.
• Deposits are credited to the account after the amount is verified.
• Suspicious transactions may require additional verification.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Successfully verified withdrawals are generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawals can only be made using the same method through which the deposit was made.

• Account verification (KYC) must be complete before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Winnings obtained from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the bonus wagering requirements have been met.
• asc44 reserves the right to suspend or reject a withdrawal if fraud is suspected.
• Once a withdrawal request has been submitted, it may not be possible to cancel it.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

asc44's welcome bonus is 150% on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus, letting you start playing with a total of ৳2,500. Depositing ৳12,000 or more earns the maximum ৳8,000 bonus, giving you a total of ৳20,000 to play with.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Winnings earned from a bonus can only be withdrawn after wagering 15 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. For example, for a ৳1,500 bonus, you must wager ৳1,500 × 15 = ৳22,500.

• A bonus can only be claimed once and is non-transferable.
• Some games may not count toward meeting the wagering requirements.
• If the balance drops to zero before the wagering requirements are met, the bonus will be cancelled.
• It is not possible to claim a new bonus while one is already active.
• asc44 reserves the right to change or cancel any promotion.

5.2 VIP Cashback Program

asc44's VIP program has five tiers, each offering weekly cashback:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.7% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 1.0% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 1.2% weekly cashback

You can move up to higher tiers through regular play. Cashback is credited to the account on a set day each week.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the asc44 platform. Violating these rules may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances:

• Money laundering or transacting with funds from illegal sources
• Bonus abuse or use of bonus arbitrage strategies
• Operating multiple accounts or playing on behalf of a third party
• Using automated bots or software to play games
• Exploiting any software bug or vulnerability on the platform
• Colluding with other users to fix or influence outcomes
• Attempting fraud or chargebacks against asc44
• Harassing or disturbing other users

7 Personal Data Protection

asc44 treats the security of users' personal information as a top priority. Our platform is protected by SSL encryption technology. All financial transactions are processed through secure channels.

8 Account Suspension and Closure Policy

asc44 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• If any provision of these terms and conditions is violated

• If evidence of fraud or suspicious activity is found
• If the account holder is identified as a minor
• At the user's own request (voluntary self-exclusion)

Users may also request permanent closure of their account at any time. In such cases, any pending winnings will be settled in accordance with the applicable rules.

9 Limitation of Liability

asc44 bears no responsibility for the following:

• Interruptions during a game caused by loss of internet connection
• Faults with your own device or software
• Delays or issues caused by third-party payment providers
• Loss of game data due to unexpected technical problems

10 Right to Amend Terms and Conditions

asc44 reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions, in part or in full, at any time. Users will be notified of any significant changes as far in advance as reasonably possible.
